Christine landed at Merri-Mar in January of 2025 and is the newest member of MMYB crew. She grew up in East Lansing, Michigan. After graduating from East Lansing High, she graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Consumer Affairs.
 
Christine is a “people person” to the core. She started her career at the Florida State Housing Authority managing a pilot program for low-income housing and continued in similar administrative and client service roles at companies like Dillard’s, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the MA Organizations of Nurse Executives. Prior to joining our team, she was the Director of Client Experience at a financial services firm.
 
When she is not at work, she is a busy “Fairy Godmother” to her many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, is an avid reader and loves to cook, especially baking, which we are all excited about here at Merri-Mar.
 
Since she was a kid, Christine knew at that she needed to live near water. She spent plenty of time on Lake Michigan and Grand Travers Bay, although it was a family road trip from Boothbay ME to the Outer Banks NC that set the hook and she was East Coast bound. 4 states and 13 towns later, she landed in Amesbury, where she has called home for 12 years.
 
One of the lesser-known gems about Christine is that she’s been a dedicated professional pet-sitter for years, lovingly caring for hundreds of furry clients and leaving them all purring with satisfaction.
